24. Main tenant. Master Tenant agrees to be the CFO of the House and to be responsible for all one-time payments to the owner. The co-signer of the principal tenant is responsible for all one-time payments if the principal tenant does not meet his obligations and complies with the contract in that tenancy agreement.
